Lead Pastor
FBC Blythe is a loving and welcoming congregation of believers who desire expository teaching of God's Word about His truths. We are eagerly waiting for God’s revelation of His chosen person to be our next Lead Pastor. We are a church that loves the Bible and wants to learn from and grow in it. Do you share our love for God’s Word?
As our full-time Lead Pastor, you will serve as the primary leader of our church at every level, including the congregation, the Board of Elders and the staff. You will have the opportunity to wear many hats as the preacher, teacher, administrator, counselor and ministry supporter at FBC Blythe. Our ideal pastor is an approachable person who is experienced in their faith and can stand strong for God’s truths as expressed in His Word.
Our church is a multi-generational and diverse congregation that reflects our community. The sense of family is strong in our small church and visitors feel welcome to our services. We desire to reach out to the people of our rural town and bring more people to saving faith in Jesus Christ. Our congregation is hoping for a pastor who shares our heart for outreach to the people of our community and who has a desire to live in our small town along with a supportive family.
